The Ultimate combines two exclusive technologies: a hollow body made of laminated carbon (Resin-Transfer Technology), and an unidirectional monolithic section with compressed laminated carbon legs.
This exclusive integrated technology allows an amazing reduction of the legs thickness down to 4mm (vs 14mm for other existing models), redefining the driver’s comfort by eliminating the « step effect » between the shoulder belts and the torso.
The arch’s design has also been addressed, now only 2mm thick, a critical improvement in reducing the space between the helmet, the seat and the headrest, increasing the overall safety. This is a must for applications where roll cages might be directly behind drivers head like used in funny-car / Dragster roll cages.
This 20° ULTIMATE can be used in upright applications like Sprint cars right through to lay-back vehicles like drag racing Dragsters and Funny-cars.
